Exchanges and Returns

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return a product. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are here to help if you are not.
If you would like to exchange or return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange or return.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange or return, unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If approved, we will process your exchange or return promptly.
